Pelpr

Terms of service

Effective 31 October 2026

Pelpr is a personal assistant in iMessage, made by COOL APP COMPANY LTD, a private company registered in Cyprus (HE 493134), with its office in Limassol. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Pelpr.

Accepting these terms

Using Pelpr, creating an account, or connecting a service means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Pelpr.

We may change these terms. The date under the title is when the current terms took effect. If you keep using the service after we change that date, the new terms apply.

The service

Pelpr is a personal assistant you reach in iMessage. With your permission it reads your email and calendar, and other accounts you choose to connect, and it does not send anything without your yes.

It is offered by invitation. What it can do depends on what you connect and what you ask. We do not promise a particular feature, a particular result, or that Pelpr will be available all the time.

Your account

You need an invitation, and a phone number we can send a sign-in code to. You must be able to agree to these terms where you live.

The account belongs to the person who holds that phone number. Do not let someone else use it as if they were you.

You can stop at any time. You can delete your account as the privacy policy describes. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the service.

What you are responsible for

You are responsible for what you ask Pelpr to do, and for what you do with its replies.

Use it within the law. Do not use it to break into an account, to harm someone, or to send messages people did not ask for.

Connect only accounts you are allowed to connect. Until you disconnect one, we may use the access you granted to do what you ask.

What the assistant writes

Replies are written by AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.

Pelpr is not a lawyer, a doctor, or a financial adviser. A reply is not professional advice.

Other services

When you connect a Google account, Pelpr uses Google APIs to do what you ask. That use follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google's own terms apply to your Google account.

iMessage and the sign-in codes are carried by messaging providers. Their terms apply to that delivery. We do not run those networks.

Any other service you connect stays under that service's terms. We do not control whether it keeps working, and you can disconnect it.

Who owns what

The Pelpr software, the name, and these pages belong to COOL APP COMPANY LTD.

What you send stays yours. You let us use it only to run Pelpr for you, as the privacy policy describes. We do not claim your messages or your files.

You may use what Pelpr writes back for your own purposes. A reply may not be unique, and we do not promise that you own it as a copyrighted work.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy at /privacy. That page is part of how the service works. These terms do not change it.

Limits on our liability

Pelpr is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, free of mistakes, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, COOL APP COMPANY LTD is not liable for loss that follows from using Pelpr, from a reply, or from another service, including lost data, lost profit, or a decision you made from a reply.

Nothing on this page limits liability the law does not let us limit, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus hear disputes about them.

If you use the service as a consumer, you may still have rights in the country where you live. This section does not take those rights away.
