What we keep

• Your messages: what you send Pelpr in iMessage, with photos, files and voice notes, and what it sends back.
• Your email and calendar, when you connect them. Pelpr reads Gmail and Google Calendar to do what you ask, and keeps the notes it makes from them.
• Your waitlist answers: your name and what you told us while you waited.
• Your phone number, to sign you in. The sign-in code comes by SMS.
• Your Drawer: logins you save for Pelpr to use on websites. They are stored encrypted.
• Meetings you ask Pelpr to join, and your calls with it: what was said, and the notes it writes.
• Pages, files and forms it makes for you, and the answers people send through those forms.
• How you use Pelpr: when you write, what it did, and what went wrong.

What we do with it

We use it to do what you ask, to keep your account safe, and to find and fix what breaks.

We do not sell it, use it for ads, or use it to train AI models.

People at the company read your data only when you ask us to, when you send feedback, or when security or the law requires it.

Pelpr's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who else handles it

Other companies run parts of Pelpr for us. Each gets only what its part needs:

• hosting and the database, in the EU;
• AI model providers, which see what Pelpr needs to write a reply;
• message delivery, for iMessage and the sign-in codes;
• services for meetings, calls and tasks on websites, only when you use them;
• product analytics and error tracking, in the EU, which gets an id for your account, what you did and where the app failed, never your phone number, email or messages;
• an issue tracker, for the messages you send us as feedback.

Some of them are outside the EU. Ask us and we send you the list of providers.

How long we keep it

• Your account and everything in it stay until you delete your account.
• A link to a page, file or form closes after 30 days. The page, file or form itself stays until you delete your account.
• Waitlist answers: we have not set a time limit yet. Until we do, we keep them, and we delete them whenever you ask.

Seeing and deleting your data

On the Profile page you can export your data, or delete your account. Deleting it removes your messages, connections, Drawer, pages and files.

You can also complain to the data protection authority in Cyprus, or in the country where you live.
